Mr. Gabriel litigates in Federal and State courts for business clients involved all types of business and commercial disputes, including debt collection, partnership and shareholder disputes, employment-related disputes and disputes involving alleged unfair business practices.
Mr. Gabriel manages and directs litigation in foreign jurisdictions for local clients, often appearing before out-of-state courts on a pro hac vice basis.
Mr. Gabriel also litigates for clients involved in real estate disputes, construction, homeowner association, and landlord-tenant related disputes.
